This multi-family project is a 402 unit, 4 story & 5 story parking garage situated on 7.5 acres of land at 7777 Katy Freeway. It was previously the Courtesy Chevrolet Dealership site and multi-story Holiday Inn.

Our Tasks:

  • Site Investigation
  • Reviewing title documents and site restrictions
  • Surveying

  • Sites were demolished and combined

  • Complete site civi l design

  • TxDot driveway and drain age permits

  • ConstructIon administration/storm water quality inspections

Our Challenges:

  • On-site construction began before feeder roads and utility locations
  • Challenges Included repeated coordination with TxDOT during the right-of-way taking and reconstruction of the Katy Freeway
  • Coordinating the utility relocations and feeder road construction was vital in the timing of the multifamily development
