Andretti at South Rim

A 100,260 SF entertainment center to include indoor karting, laser tag, bowling alley, arcade, Ropes Course with Curve Zip Line, Hologate, Dark Ride Motion Theater, restaurant and bar.

Site is located in the NE quadrant of IH-10 and Loop 1604 in San Antonio, TX.  Site is over 7ac with below and open air water quality ponds permitted by TCEQ.

Electrical primary service was coordinated with CPS Energy and had to be extended underground to service building.

Project was a design/building with ARCO Murray as primary Construction company.

HEB – Bellaire

This 78,000-square-foot store, located at Bissonnet and Rice in Bellaire, sits on the top floor of a two-story parking garage.

Shoppers can use three oversized elevators, two escalators or a cart escalator to get into and out of the store.

An interactive LED light installation by San Antonio-based artist Ansen Seale changes colors as patrons go up and down the stairs.
